8You're not a Trve Pagan until you burn down some churches and murder at least one person with a bladed weapon. You have to honor the ancestors properly.
@Hoss @bronzeagebond @pernia @vitalis @toiletpaper Jury's out on whether Dead could be considered human, so I can understand Varg with that one. Burning churches was far worse.

Abrahamic superstitions are the all time Victim Olympics grand champions. No point in whining because your progenitors chose to ignore Matthew 7:12 and Luke 6:31.

@toiletpaper @pernia @vitalis @bronzeagebond @Hoss Even if you take religion out of it, burning a cultural lynchpin (at the time that it was done) is worse than shanking a retard who was referred to as demonic at best.

@toiletpaper @pernia @vitalis @bronzeagebond @Hoss Sure, pretty bad. Wasn't killing and torture a regular Sunday in that timespan?

Since Constantine 1 at least. Among many other heinous acts, the guy murdered his own son and boiled his wife alive in a bathtub. The Pagan priesthood refused to absolve him of his crimes, so he turned to the Christians who said, yeah no problem. Then he went on to mandate the orthodox doctrines of Christinanity accordingly. The rest is history.
