i'm allergic to one thing i dunno the exact thing it is, but it's in oral acne medication, i've tried it twice in my life, once in my early adolecense and once when i was almost 18, i broke out in a rash all over my body and itched like crazy, otherwise i've never had a problem eating anything at all.

It's a pharmaceutical pill. I went to school for that stuff last decadd, haha, but kinda hate it all now. I have some "knowledge," but stale, too.

only thing i take is apsrin or tylenol to keep my autism topped up, and vitamin d and k supliment cuz it makes me feel like a billiond ollars.

maybe i should start looking into d sups cuz im such a sedentary neet

take it with k k and d work together so you end up absorbing more and counter each other's negative effects.

k can cause bone density loss, but d causes the free'd up calcium k causes to be redirected for bone growth
