@noyoushutthefuckupdad @iwillbite @jaff ive said before we got a really lower tier of elite today compared to the gilded age lol. one time someone told me a police officer in nyc told someone who was reporting a crime "my job is to keep the lid on the trash can not take out the trash". the purpose of our current batch of elite is to gently ramp everything back down to dumb, limited, easily governable and manageable, not elevate us to the next level morally and technologically. they don't have to be very good or smart or even better than us to do that, they're just train operators.
