Hmm... this one isn't particularly festive either. I guess that's just how they groove.

Back in the obama administration, I heard a story on the NPR news quiz show "wait, wait, don't tell me" about research showing that dark beer restores more electorates than Gatorade. Now I treat myself to a nice stout after weekend or evening workouts. I do find alcohol before a workout diminishes performance rather dramatically though.
