4I got sick of that on the medsurg floor. you’d have these people who are sick from their poor lifestyle choices getting to continue with those poor choices even after the consequences. diabetic amputees with a bedside table full of candy and sweets after another progressive amputation.

@colonelj @lich unrelated but I understand more medicine than my assigned doctor here in Spain, just basic reading, she is completely clueless. Not even most basic understanding, it’s worrying to say the least. I am talking basic diagnosis of infection, virus, she doesn’t understand for example why your tongue would be white. “Why is your tongue so white?” Actually got asked that with an infection. LMAO, this is not unique to me though

@rees @lich @colonelj I had Asthma in my childhood and the substance was Salbutamol in those pumps. I smoked weed from young age and the doctor asked me and promised me he wont tell anything to my parents/ uncle at 17 year old when I detected that I did not needed it anymore and asked me do you use Cannabis? I said yes. He told me that the cannabis cured the asthma along with all kinds of sport I was doing. Now at my later age I have COPD due to smoking weed, so I resorted to vaping all even sigarettes.
