I'm worried because the last UPS package that was "delivered" wasn't
I also had to do a little research on Pont l'Eveque, I had never heard of it before, the other French cheese I really like is Rocquefort and wouldn't mind getting some of that too
@harblinger @foolghool what do you eat rocquefort with? I've tried it but it's so damn strong

2@genmaicha @foolghool OH ROQUEFORT sorry, yeah I just have it on sour dough toast tbh, pretty basic, but I guess I like how strong it is
@harblinger @genmaicha yes roquefort on sour dough bread is standard, it can be good with pasta and potato sautés but in this home we use less strong blue cheese for that - Usually Fourme d'Ambert
If you really want a typical stinky French cheese for cooking, try Maroilles and its derivatives
Damn I hadn't any roquefort since forever, I know with what I will celebrate the end of the week with now
