@dictatordave @sickburnbro my hometown by the end of the 1990s banned people from hanging out there, like every single place. Can’t even blame it on roving blacks or whatever the town was still all white then they just hated kids doing things.
@sun @dictatordave @sickburnbro I was white in a small down of 700 other white mostly catholic farm and farm-adjacent folks and those fucking old people had nothing better to do than call my parents and complain. In a town that small everyone knows everyone so if I rode my bike too fast past their house they were on the phone bitching and moaning.

i actually got a couple tattoos while i worked there and they made me wear long sleeves, an ace bandage or a like shooter sleeve thing
bonkers to think i put up with it, but it was a pretty easy fuck off job where we had fun making air guns and bombs and we worked on our paintball guns
