@deprecated_ii I had the most massive headache ever after starting D3 lol
@dilf the recommended daily allowance is too low by about a factor of 20 because they made statistical errors when they were interpreting the data. very few people working in medicine have any meaningful statistical training
this mistake was identified at least 12 years ago (2014 paper) but the institute of medicine never corrected their guidelines

@deprecated_ii @dilf Is 5k iu daily good?
@lnx @deprecated_ii That's the chemtrails leaving your body. If you have an aneurysm you'll really know it's working.
@deprecated_ii @dilf very few people working in medicine can do basic sums with numbres above 2000, it is terrifiying to see a doctor trying to calculate how many miligrams of a medicament to use based off the patient's body weight and struggle doing multiplications in spite of using a cellphone calculator...
@deprecated_ii @dilf I'm in remission from RA and I believe it is because of Vitamin D. I was told not to exceed that dose but you seem to be fine.
dson't trake massive doses of d solo, combine it with K k helps your body absorb it and regulates the negative effects of d
@deprecated_ii Shit, I had a doctor at the VA clinic write me a prescription for 5k IU dose 8x a day back in ~2012. She straight up said the gov't standards are way off and it would help catch up with the poor nutrition I had been getting in the Navy.
i was told by a "doctor" to take 2k a day .. big improvements ..
might try an extra pill once a week ?

@deprecated_ii @dilf Id venture to guess at a certain point your body reaches saturation where there are no more receptors to absorb and any excess just gets filtered out as waste.
