@deprecated_ii idk man if you're using it responsibly its genuinely just a better way to do things. Im watching my coworkers struggling to meet their deadlines hammering away at a computer for 20 hours a day. I dont need to write my 23,960,213rd proprietary optimized container class and the 2 billionth unit test that hammers on it

@RustyCrab @deprecated_ii I'm generally not anti-clanker but I do worry about it enabling people to do enterprise-grade code but EVEN HARDER this time

@binkle @deprecated_ii i do exactly the opposite where i avoid dragging in unreal engine size dependencies and then do a few iterations to simplify it. The only exception is unit tests. I make a lot of god damn unit tests
@RustyCrab @deprecated_ii oh yeah I know it's very possible to not use it that way, but lowest-common-denominator problem: plenty of developers are perfectly happy to make things hell for other developers (see: Unreal Engine)
