Im doing fried chicken gizzards in a pepper sauce for dinner. Almost the same thing.

1I boil them with an onion and garlic to get them tender then pan fry them. Not made them in a while and I wanted to try fishing with some Gizzard so yeah, we're having Gizzard for dinner.
