Im doing fried chicken gizzards in a pepper sauce for dinner. Almost the same thing.

I boil them with an onion and garlic to get them tender then pan fry them. Not made them in a while and I wanted to try fishing with some Gizzard so yeah, we're having Gizzard for dinner.

@pwm @bajax @f0x it's just how people talk, nobody really thinks about it, even if you're intentionally trying to avoid it you'll inevitably just say it without thinking if you're having regular conversations with people in current year

@rodent @bajax @pwm It's just whether or not someone ends such paragraph with "sadly". I get upset knowing people are letting such things normalize and passify, it's something people ought to care about (their words and through that their literacy)
