I think they are just better at it.
Average right-wing racist wants niggers sent back to Africa or removed from existence so they don't have to deal with them or even think about them.
Left-wing racist wants them kept in crumbling, high-density urban environments supported with enough gibs so they can sit back and watch the unending misery, tragedies, and violence.

The problem isn't that shitlibs aren't sufficiently racist, it's that they always use that as an excuse to give niggers more taxpayer money and demand even less of them, because they believe it will somehow fix them (it won't)
