There is a lot to unpack, but the nicecrew instance is collecting a massive amount of data on its users that it should not be collecting. @p called them out on it, the admin's response was to basically declare war. I am an EXTREMLY known entity to the feds, and despite that, I would not create an account on that instance if I had a burner laptop using TOR as my gateway, twelve proxies and an Iranian VPN. It could be incompetency, but if you were going to run a honey-pot instance, you'd do absolutely nothing different.

As you can imagine, this is one of the few ways to really set off our admin.

Also, some of us oldfags remember when Matty and Joe first showed up on Blab, and the initial wave of interactions was... suspect. Had a real "Hello Fellow Kids" vibe.

It's because I use Sentry DSN to track bugs (browser crashes, out of memory evictions, bad route handling) and Peter hopes that screenshotting something everyone can already see in the Chrome devtools spreads FUD because he's a faggot who is addicted to sucking dicks with his butt.

If I wanted to track users I'd implement changes in the backend so clients couldn't see it, and nobody would be the wiser. Peter knows that too, and so does anyone with any technical prowess but that's neither here nor there.
