Tbh computers have gotten better
My 7 year old laptop could be used for development just fine (basic development)

Obviously if you’re doing heavy tasks on it like generating images or editing videos you’re not gonna get this one.

But for the vast majority it’s good.

Great even considering it’s a Mac (battery life wise)

@Hyperhidrosis i had a mac with 8gb and it mostly worked, it's fine for normal people but macos has bloated up
