Words have specific meanings so we can effectively and accurately communicate with one another, so we might bring ideas from the individual into reality for the group, this purposeful fracturing of base level communication between generations is massively destructive.

lol, did not even recognize that as a form of English at all at first.. I must ask, using a translator? Or actually capable of composing a statement a middle English from scratch yourself? is so, that's pretty derned neat.

Also, leaves me thinking, taking on archaic forms no longer used could have a quite similar effect of severing connection, but it forges a new one to their past, so much less useful for subversion.
