3😔 I'm sorry. Are you coughing, by chance?? Wet/dry? You should try getting some mullein tincture or tea...
The coughs range. Right now I sound like there's this lingering phlegm in the lungs.
Mullein helps lungs, in general. Also elecampagne. There's likely a cheap homeopathic that might do wonders, too.

Eating a clove of raw garlic also works wonders to help cough up phlegm or if you have a dry cough but feel lung congestion. It normally takes about 30 minutes and then everything comes right up no problem. Another good herb for lungs is Plantago major, which provided there's no snow on the ground is probably growing on your lawn or in cracks of the sidewalk within a few paces of your doorstep. It's a bit course, but can be cut thin and treated just like a salad green or put into tea. Any Plantago sp. will do the same.

Can't say I knew of that one! Did an onion chest poultice once for young son with bad cough. Definitely helped.

One of my favourite cough syrups is to throw some onions and garlic in a double boiler covered in honey. Works great, and doubles as BBQ sauce. ;)

I'll have to buy it this week and let you know.
