Just a casual reminder that insisting on using cash everywhere doesn't make you a noble hero; it just makes you an inconsiderate asshole to underpaid and often young store staff who now have to feel unsafe because they have to manage loads of money making them huge targets for violent crime, all because you only think of yourself.

Declining birth rate is only a problem if your society is predicated on infinite (and exponential) growth.

Which just isn't a realistic goal. At all. And it's high time we start facing that reality and adapt our societies accordingly.
