I don't add sugar, but I do molasses and worcestershire. And a metric fuckton of black pepper to finish before dipping.
I think if anything you would want to cut the sugar.
Vinegar is disgusting and has NIGGER kinda sorta in the word and it stinks.
But Salt & Vinegar is the best flavor of chips. QED vinegar is based and Aryan.
