@anemone @sun jews literally lived in ghettoes in many muslim countries and were second class citizens. israel made it much worse but it wasnt the best.

@georgia @anemone not saying it was a great arrangement but at many times you could be jewish and just pay a tax and you were generally left alone, but after the israel thing arab countries just decided to get rid of jews rather than have it happen again. which was deeply unfair, the jews already living there weren't the ones stealing shit
