kicked cloudflare to the curb for nulled. eventually i will run my own DNS but for now it is just namecheap pdns which i find much less offensive

@7666 I’m thinking about switching to aws fo dns because it’s more configurable
@sun feel like that's a side grade. i don't want bezos vibe coded garbage in my stack either. i will just run a DNS server and do my own integrations locally to do configuration shenanigans.
@7666 I wanted to use an api for letsencrypt but not have the key do everything
@sun is there an inherent trust issue with whatever you have making DNS updates to it that requires scoped api tokens?
@7666 the namecheap api token can manage your domains also I think. I want a token that can just add txt records for example
@sun that's definitely a new one for me. is it for things like DNS wildcard verification records? they're changing that this year to allow a permanent authorization record if so, DNS-PERSIST-01
