@sun @feld That's me usually, sometimes I post something innocuous or humorous and then it transforms into eugenics or something similar

@sun same here, I see one and most of the time just close/skip it, unless it's interesting. I also have to mute threads I reply in because it becomes a hellthread and now stuff I don't care about is on my notifications

@sun think about it, that's how super famous people have to behave on the internet. You can't read the comments. You'll go insane.

@shibao @sun I almost had this yesterday with a discussion on the social evolution of academics and literacy in America and it got boring after it became clear no one there had been or talked to someone who had gone to a modern day school therefore crippling their entire understanding of the developmental years and academic life ~93% of all Americans go through, something obviously important when discussing literacy.. augh.
