Should #Bleromo reload timelines after you make a post/reply or should it only do it when you explicitly press the refresh button?

@sun @jeff whenever you reply it should add the reply but not explicitly refresh the thread as thats unneeded in 100% of cases on fedi (1-12 hours for a reply)
