@subnetter @mitchconner only horror movies I can recall that show a kid getting graphically killed were Maximum Overdrive (1986) kid gets run over by a steamroller and The Blob (1988) kid gets eaten by the Blob. I'm sure there's a lot more but it's actually pretty uncommon!

The context of the meme references terrifier 2 and 3. Maybe I'm mixing up films, but in the 2nd Art the Clown blows up a Santa meet and greet at the mall, no children are seen killed on screen but it's implied.
Third film opens with a graphic scene where it is implied a child is also killed when Art breaks into a house on Christmas.
The scene above is what made 50% of the audience members in the movie theater walk out, but it's because a bunch of kids convinced their parents to take them and then they realized it's actually rated R as fuck lmao
