@scathach funny enough, but I bought a cheapo chinese combined washing machine/dryer for like 400 and it doesn't have wifi at all
@newt No I mean that's a commercial washing machine that lets you pay without watching ads on a phone app or having your card end up in yet another data breach next week
@scathach wait what? I've never seen a laundromat that would show ads either. Even those with screens show only bare minimum. Like, choose program, pay this amount, press to go, come back in an hour.
@newt My apartment complex's laundry provider's app makes you sit through a video ad before you can press the start button
