Having to tell new guy (with 15yo of experience) that modifying one method's expected parameters to make his own method that calls it work will break all other usages of it. It's on par with recently having to tell him not to test on prod and him actually being upset about it

@sanek keep all the receipts. collect receipts. don't be mean about it. but eventually when it comes to _the talk_ you want to be able to quote 20 occasions when you had to fix his stuff.
@kaia Oh trust me we have more proofs that one would ever need to blame someone, but his manager is both an old friend of his and is poorly doing work politics, so I don't expect him to ever change his mind despite him sometimes breaking things on prod
@kaia First time he received feedback on a PR he was extremely petty, then deleted all his comments and rewrote them using chatgpt but by being in bad faith
