Job application systems are so overloaded with AI slop resumes, and AI is so bad at sorting the AI-generated resumes from the quality ones that we are back in the "you get a job based on who you know" era
@dulcedemon there are certainly a lot of people who act like we have, like algorithmic evaluations of applications are somehow less biased, but I agree, this is mostly a sham, we never did
