At least there seems to be an open source app to fix scrolling now.

I used to have a thing called "Smooze" because there was no good free way to fix such a basic feature as scrolling on macOS back then (like 2015-ish i think). But Smooze seems to not have been updated for Tahoe, only Sequoia.

Luckily there's an open source thing called "Mos" now, seems slightly sketch and chinese (but what isn't this day), however it works fine.

I still find it insane than I need a piece of software constantly running in the background to "unfuck" simple scrolling on macOS though.
