@sun @pwm king, I used to put away a medium no problem but I'm also smaller of a dude than you are

@graf @sun I like to stop around halfway and save the rest for the next day but I definitely could put it all away if I didn't restrain myself

@pwm @sun For me, half a medium is the good stopping spot too. Not too full not feeling like I could eat more. I changed the way I see and treat eating a lot this year and lost quite a bit of weight ngl
