The origin of the phrase was a post along the lines of "When I was a kid I went to a friend's house and his parents kicked us out because they were having guests over. We had to go back later to grab something and his parents got very mad about it because it was a swinger party. I remember seeing a bunch of weird flirty adults in a hot tub. NCD threads remind me of that"
