@sun almost impossible in rented commieblocks which is where most people live and you only really need it for a week or two in a year (at least that used to be the case), so doesn't make much sense. And using it as heating in the winter doesn't make sense either as the heat pump would have a hard time outside of cities and agglomeration. And cities now mostly have some sort of centralized heating, or commieblock centralized heating at least.

Also AC is literally killing the planet, fascist. (This is a serious argument being used in EU. EU commission shut down AC for peasants in the heat in their building and kept it on for the higher class individuals.)
