@subnetter @mitchconner only horror movies I can recall that show a kid getting graphically killed were Maximum Overdrive (1986) kid gets run over by a steamroller and The Blob (1988) kid gets eaten by the Blob. I'm sure there's a lot more but it's actually pretty uncommon!
@sun @subnetter @mitchconner "don't kill the kid" was one of the first lessons Alfred Hitchcock learned, the hard way.
