i hate sauerkraut because i cant eat like half a kilo or a kilo of it and drink a liter of milk with it without having to take like 3 very VERY gassy shits the next day

why god makes the best tasting stuff not large scale edible

have you considered maybe you don't have to drink so much milk
for the summer now I go through a liter of kefir every three days, to which I add protein powder, peanut butter, banana, ginger + blend, you can water it down too if you like

i need my 3 liters a day
one liter for not feeling bad
and the other two for satisfaction

milk doesnt do any problems to my digesting on the other end, its the half a kilo of sauerkraut in one sitting thats what im trying to get to work

maybe if i just eat it every day every night my bodyll get used to it
