Wasted half an hour yesterday debugging broken wifi on a macbook where it turned crapple's update script disabled all third party apps plus Terminal.app from accessing the internet for some fucking reason

Do they not test anything anymore or is this an intentional "if (hardware_version < latest) { randomly_break_shit; }" situation

@scathach ive been told me entire life that iOS is basically perfect. After getting an iPhone I can confidently say its one of the buggiest devices I've ever used outside of the Pine Phone.

The Samsung gets updates for 3 years and the iPhone 11 still got iOS 26. That's one big reason people shill iOS devices too.
