If you want a wildflower garden, plant a wildflower garden.
If you want a lawn, you should be allowed to have a lawn without being subjected to weekly dandelion apologetics from people acting as though a weed is a protected cultural heritage asset.
The dandelion lobby has gone too far.
Fight back.
Protect your grass.
Resist the yellow menace.

A staple of my diet, along with a host other `weeds` like nettles, plantain, burdock (aka: gobō), curly/yellow dock, garlic mustard, cleavers, wild carrot, amaranth, lambs quarters, wood violets, etc. Why buy greens from the grocery store when I can get 50x the nutrition and way better flavour for free within a few paces of my front door?
