remember how before chat gippity came along it was common for people to say constraints make better products, usually with regard to old games or movies before CGI

@deprecated_ii to be fair it was just as common to bemoan the "dated" features resulting from those constrains. I myself have no issues with any old interfaces and mechanics but I can't watch lotr movies without going insane because every time the dwarf shows on screen it's either a closeup, very dark scene or he moves like a fucking alien. I still can't tell what his full build is supposed to look like. not that cgi is any better lol
