@awl most of this boiled over today when he very suddenly realized how large the scope of the work is after a month or so of downtime that he accidentally acclimated too when I had to go visit the customer and we were waiting on other team's deliverables. I'm just gonna let him do his thing and I'm just going to keep doing my thing and not let it degrade my quality of work. Dude's gotta learn on his own.
