There was one where the task was to do a tandem parachute jump and then use a flare gun to ignite your own parachute to get caught by the stuntman

And after agreeing shooting it, hitting it and the parachute not igniting the challenge was technically completed, because the task was to shoot the thing. The flare being too small was issue of the guy who put the challenge.

But the person doing the stunt was like "nah, we good" and repeated, this time launching a tennis ball with black powder to burn the thing down
