today i tried french organic chicken. prepared roasted, served with white asparagus and morels
overall subtle taste, quite refined and european in its restraint, moist, tender flesh but not juicy.
8/10, worth the high price and puts most broiler chickens to shame but still loses to free range southeast asian kampong chicken in personal preference
