I only had a quick look, overall I don't think its particularly like Go, I guess you could say "C-like"

Main difference to Go would be no backdoors for Google and don't redirect package downloads via Google so they can keep track of what you are up to 🤭

I thinks its mainly supposed to be for apps running on HarmonyOS phone and desktop computers, and for server software.

(sidenote I think object oriented programming is a ridiculous idea and it being everywhere in every job OO hype hype hype is the reason I decided to not do programming as a job in the 1990s)
