this Syncthing 2.x release has been a complete disaster. Please don't waste your time on it. It's bad. So bad. Slower when it's supposed to be faster, and totally unreliable
and the entire reason they redid the database from scratch in the 2.x release was because they said the SQLite database index was too hard to reason about
BUT IT WORKED
ffs it's time to fork syncthing 1 branch and just extract all the data you can about it with an LLM, then get to work making it cleaner
