I lost over 30lbs since moving to Japan and my a1c blood sugar went from a high of 11 to around 5 and now my diabetes is in or near remission.

@sun ok but what about pimento cheese?
@eriner got some really good pecorino the other day. can't get good spaghetti sauce, but my in-laws grew a bunch of little sicilian tomatoes and I made my own super good spaghetti sauce, I basically eat like a king now
