I'm seeing a lot of articles talking about how a lot of college grads are unemployed and how college isn't a guaranteed pathway to a career/job anymore (was it ever?), and the general opinion seems to be, well, I guess there's no point in going to college anymore!
Which is mind-blowingly stupid. Spending some time in university isn't JUST a career on-ramp -- it's supposed to make you a more broad-minded, complete, and capable person -- and is most beneficial for folks disinclined to self-study.
