@binkle Logitech's ERGO K860 is a nice recreation of the classic Microsoft Natural keyboards (now gone) but there's some mechanical ones I've heard of now, along with more clones now that MS pulled out of that market.

@binkle some Kinesis Ergo keyboard, like the 360; ELCOM ball mouse with a thumb scrollwheel or failing that a big Kensington. What I found most beneficial was multiple mice that I could use in different positions and with different hands, in particular, to avoid constantly scrolling with the same finger in the same way.

there are different brands that sell them but it seems like it changes every month

@binkle also elecom makes some good ergonomic trackballs. They're another oldschool mouse vendor but if you've never gotten into Japanese computer collecting you won't know they exist.

Logitech is better for ergo mice but they seem to always have switch failures.

A Keyboard with a wristpad is a good investment. A mouse with thumb buttons and a mouse pad also with a wrist pad.

If your company is willing to splurg and you are using a laptop. Then one of those height adjustable desk are good if you have a bad back

my company says they're willing to just straight up order me an ergonomic keyboard/mouse. Anybody got recommendations I could look into?
