@anemone @georgia theirs makes sense internally too. Ultimately if you’re Christian you believe that you’re the real Israel and have the covenant and theirfore you’re effectively the real or new Jews. For what it is worth Mormons have a form of dispensationalism from even before evangelicalism and believe Jews still have their covenant with god and are blessed, Mormons are like a parallel covenant. They are not equal and they think Jews should still be Mormons but their covenant is recognized afaik

@sun @salt @anemone I like sufism a lot but I dont consider the quran to be of divine origin (ive read some of it) or muhammad to be a prophet (knowing his story and character). and i believe divine inspiration came to many peoples, i consider the daodejing and the veda and prasthanatrayi and much of the bible to be divine...
