@Mammal @Terry They’re using HAARP to collect rainwater for the inevitable event that Iran destroys Israel’s desalination plants. Strong weather can also play havoc with missile trajectories. So this might also be a manufactured weather cover for USZOG’s ground incursion into Iran.
