These are homemade biscuit dough, but I prefer yeast dough! I’m too cheap to buy pop container food, and they scare me. 😂

@Rlyn they're like $1...and idk whats in them...

Your way is probably much healthier.

I've never made bread - i've never tried though

@Tony @Rlyn bread is so easy but I find written descriptions only so helpful, you need to get the recipe under your fingers before it becomes quite a no-brainer. The King Arthur flour company website has lots of good, straightforward ones.

@pwm @Rlyn I've been meaning to get into it. I feel like then I could add my own ingredients and make it with less sugar lol

@Tony @Rlyn learn the recipe and the principles of what makes it work first before you start to tinker or you'll be disappointed.
E.g. I learned the brioche recipe I make before I started adjusting it to make sweetrolls.

@Tony @Rlyn Once upon a time, I baked all my own sandwich bread for like, a year plus. A two pound loaf every other week.
I don't have the time or will now tho

@pwm @Rlyn I'm lucky, my mom is on a sourdough binge and i've been getting loafs every time i see her. She freezes them and gives me like 4 at a time lmao
