@pwm @Sui @ForbiddenDreamer another fun fact, so I got charged in a republican state - and DA charges are “tough on crime” shit so the charge never goes away, i won’t be able rent in that state, or even get a job/background check because “tough on crime” republicans are so feminist if you hit a woman it’s basically the equivalent of a felony even if just a misdemeanor and there is no option to seal the file like ever.
If it had happened in the state I live in now I could have just said “but my mental health” and I likely wouldn’t have even been charged.
Really changed my opinion on republicans tbh.
