Mexico is operating exactly the way the US Government has incentivized them to operate. Why would the ones in power step in to change/stop what they have encouraged?

I was tracking until the 'sensitive' part. Not sure why anyone would be sensitive.

Only an idiot would be caught anywhere near a camera and the current gov film festival.
