Which frontend are you using, and is it what others are posting or can you not upload?

Seems poa.st images are not loading for me, but other instances work.

Still, i cannot see the images from other instances. Works well for decayable, but i cannot see most of others

Can you give me a screenshot or something? My TL looks fine, oh and have you tried ctrl + f5'ing?

In that 2nd image, is that you trying to see it from poast's servers? Because it might be an issue between them and your network provider or something?

Yeah I can't recreate the issue, my browser and phone are showing it fine 🤷‍♂️

Also, for some reason i can't post pictures from my phone. The image bar loads but then nothing appears

I know uploads can time out sometimes even if they're below the limit (~48mb IIRC), but my upload speed's rarely low enough to fuck it up. It's usually with videos close to the limit and I just refresh and try again and it works. I use my pocket glownigger as little as possible so I can't help much there tbh.

We don't use the media proxy so a problem loading images from a remote instance is liable to be a temporary issue on their end but it's tough to say.
Especially if other instances' media are loading.

@Morghur @Sui @tene will work up a more definite answer when I get back to the keyboard and see about reproducing it, but based on vibes I'm guessing brave is not happy about hotlinking images and videos into the frontend without further configuration or permissions from you.
As for media upload failing on mobile (although are you on Wi-Fi or data usually when it fails or does it fail across the board?) I'll play with limits and timeouts and see if that improves things.

I use brave on my mobile and it was working, I think it might be a network (or two) not liking poast.

Morghurs issue with no media at all except decayable coming through sounds like something I can either fix, or suggest action on his part to resolve if it's client side and not server side
