I doubt it. During Desert Storm, at least six were shot down by stinger SAMs.

Stingers are so OP we eventually came to seriously regret handing them out like candy to the Mujahideen only for them to end up god knows where else.

@Hoss @Bunsen I remember the stories of the US military being shown a 15 year old stinger missile some tribal elder stored in a crate in his room. No one in the entire village had any idea how to use it.
